Kenneth Fraker Obituary

KENNETH G. FRAKER

Kenneth George Fraker died August 1, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Kenneth was born on July 7, 1952 to Robert and Elizabeth (Betty) Huet Fraker in Toledo, OH. Five minutes later his twin brother Keith was born.

Kenneth graduated from Whitmer High School in 1971 and went on to receive his Associate's degree in drafting from UT. He was a gifted draftsman with Kinsey Associates and later Howard Associates. For the past 26 years, Ken had a long and productive career as a Field Technician with TTL Associates.

Ken was interested in photography, Fraker family history, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends. Ken's family is eternally grateful to friends Greg, Tim and Mark Kreps for helping to bring Ken to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Surviving Ken are his brother, Keith (Sandi) Fraker and niece Jenny (Sam) Angott, special cousin Carol (Schorling) Pickett, and many other cousins, as well as his older brother Bob's family. Ken was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Fraker.

The family extends a special thanks to all the caring staff who tended to Ken for the past three months; especially those at UTMC and Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you intentionally make a difference in someone's life by making a call, sending a card, or doing a random act of kindness.

Visitation will be at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd., Toledo, OH 43613 (419-473-1301) on Monday, August 7th, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Condolences and memories may be shared at

I have very fond memories of Kenny and Keith stopping by during the summers for a visit on the porch. My mom would always say, "Those nice Fracker boys are here" and she was right ... both were so nice as well as inseparable. Sad for all of us but heaven has gained one really great angel. Godspeed Kenny.

When I go to Toledo to visit my parents, also enjoyed talking with Kenny when I caught him home. I was able to visit with Kenny July 27, he was in good spirits and ready to go meet God. I will always cherish the good times we had together growing up in our neighbor hood.
RIP Kenny your friend Kevin
