Patricia Stubble Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 29, 2015.
Patricia Ann "Patty" Stubble, 62, of Monticello, N.Y., passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, N.Y. She was born June 29, 1953, in New Kensington, a daughter of the late John and Pauline Bosin. Patty was a graduate of Leechburg Area High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She and her family moved to Monticello in 1990. She loved gardening and collecting vintage and ceramic buttons and was an avid animal lover. A family statement reads, "As our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all, we will remember Patty always for the love she shared and for the joy and kindness she brought into our lives. Her compassion extended to all living things, large and small. Patty's beautiful spirit will live on in those whose lives she touched because the heart never forgets one so dear." Patty is survived by her husband, Mark D. Stubble, at home; her son, Mark P. Stubble and his companion, Jennifer Giordano, of Woodbourne, N.Y.; her sisters, Darlene Letterio and her husband, Larry, of Valencia, and Antoinette Riffer and her companion, Norm Schumaker, of Apollo; her grandson, Mark Patrick Stubble Jr., of South Fallsburg, N.Y.; and many cousins and friends. Family and friends are welcome to attend Patty's committal service which will be held at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, in the chapel at St. Catherine's Cemetery in Leechburg. A Mass of the Intention of the Deceased will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at Christ the King Church. Memorial contributions may be made to either Sullivan SPCA, P.O. Box 995, Rock Hill, NY 12775 or to Best Friends Animal Society at www.bestfriends.org.
