One of the great trial lawyers and human beings with whom I have ever associated. A mentor to all lawyers. Whose political acumen was unparaled. A wonderful husband, father and grandfather. I was so proud to call Bill my friend. Sincere condolences to Dusty and his family.

Bill was a mentor to many including me. I "grew up" as a lawyer in the firm and will be forever grateful to Bill for giving me my first opportunity out of law school. I admired him, looked up to him, and was very sad when I left the firm - it was in many ways like leaving home. Thank you Bill. My deepest condolences to the family. - Lotta Crabtree

I send my condolences and deepest sympathy to Dusty and the entire Caroselli family. Bill was a giant and a respected leader in the legal profession. He was a powerful voice in the Halls of the State Capitol, always fighting for and protecting the legal rights of workers, consumers, the disabled and injured, and unions. Bill made a profound positive difference in the lives of thousands of people throughout his career. I appreciated his leadership and his friendship. His legacy will be large and long and he will be missed by many.

To Dusty and family, please accept my deepest condolences at the loss of Bill. I remember well his great sense of humor from our college days. He was always a joy to be with. I remember well, also, his love of jazz and the game of football and his infectious enthusiasm for that which he loved. It was so sad to think of his brilliant mind and vibrant personality lost in the fog of Alzheimer's disease. Truly, relief from this is a blessing for him and for Dusty. He will live on in our memories, and we will enjoy being with him there.
