Howard L. "Butch" Cline, of Export, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, July 2, 2016. He was born Feb. 25, 1945, in Export, a son of the late Albert and Martha (Rubright) Cline. He is survived by his loving wife, Lydia (Pomposelli) Cline; daughter, Melissa Ann and spouse and their six children; son, Michael Howard and spouse and their two children; aunts, Mabel Keibler and Norma Johns; sister-in-law, Lucille Bossard and husband, Walter; and brother-in-law, Louis Pomposelli and wife, Lori. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Cline; and a sister, Helen Kemerer. He was a life member of the Trafford Sportsmen's Club and a former member of the E.C. Cruisers Car Club. Butch was known by many as the "Old Man" who enjoyed drinking coffee and spending time at Dave's Service Center in Export. In addition to his family, he will be sorely missed by his dogs, Jack and Black Jack.
Services will be private.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Butch's name to the ASPCA.
