Brian Litwicki Obituary

Brian F. Litwicki, 46, of Natrona Heights, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, in Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh, with his family at his side. He was born Feb. 5, 1966, in Natrona Heights, the son of the late Frank S. and Rose Marie Baczynski Litwicki. Brian worked for Norfolk Southern as a conductor-engineer trainee. He was a member of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, in Natrona Heights. He enjoyed hunting, doing handy work around the house and spending time with his children and grandson. Brian is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jennifer Sydlik Litwicki; five children, Chelsea Litwicki, Shelby Litwicki, Seth Litwicki and twins, Austin and Mason Litwicki, all at home; his grandson, Jayden Brian Santiago; and his sisters and brother, Kimberly (John) Szafranski, of Parkton, N.C., Nadine (Scott) Kelly, of Kittanning, Anna Marie (George) Mack, of Natrona Heights, and Tony (Deborah) Litwicki, of Natrona Heights. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, 724-224-8688, where a blessing service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
