Peter Karstedt Obituary

Peter Anthony Karstedt Born April 17, 1948 in Portland, OR sailed off to his forever home on August 22nd, 2011 in Eugene, OR, surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his three children, Sean Karstedt, Courtney (Tommie) Nicodemus and Grant Karstedt along with his three grandchildren, Mikayla, Tristen and Mercedes, brother Paul (Linda) Karstedt. Peter was proceeded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Karstedt. A Celebration of Life Potluck will be held Saturday, September 24th at 4:00PM at the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum - 5917 South 196th Street Kent, WA 98032. Donations in lieu of flowers are being accepted for the Peter Karstedt Youth Sailing Scholarship Fund. Oregon Community Credit Union PO Box 77002 Eugene OR 97401.
