To my future family......You all know how I felt about your dad, and your wonderful husband Beverly, but I never thought we would have to say "see you later" to him so soon. I can not say goodbye to him because I know he is still here. I keep hearing him talking through the train clock in our home. He made me laugh and I enjoyed every minute of it. He still makes me laugh through all of our memories and stories. I am so honored to have known him and I hold him very dear and close to my heart. He was very easy to love and I thank you all for allowing me to love him and be there with you. You are all in my heart today and always. He will always be a part of me as well as making me smile when I need to the most. God Bless you all. Rest peacefully Dad. Love and miss you!

Ed, you will be missed greatly. You were a father figure to me and always made sure there was room at the family dinner table. You could have next to nothing, but were the first to offer to share what you had. This is just one of your great traits that you instilled to those around you and you passed down to your children. I know that you were proud of your children and how they turned out. You can rest assured that you will live on in your children and that we all will look after Bev. You always had a smile on your face and taught us that we don't need to be so serious all the time. Ed, you are greatly missed.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered “come to me.” With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest.God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best
