FRANCES HOWELL

Frances Ruth Howell Frances was born in Gloucester, England April 14th, 1946, the eldest daughter of Raymond and Ruth Wooters. She moved to Emmett, Idaho at the tender age of 6 weeks. She rejoined her parents on April 26, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Gordon, son Christopher (Heather), daughter Samantha (David), and the light of her life, her grandson Ethan, also sisters Denise (John) Camp of Texas, Barbara (Oscar) Nye and brother Michael (Lisa) Wooters, all of Idaho, and several in-laws and out-laws in both the UK and the USA. She retired from AT&T in 1998 after 30 years of service in Operator Services, then worked in the health care assistance industry until her final retirement in 2007. She was an avid photographer, reader, gardener, traveler, and community responsive person. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Sumner United Methodist Church, 901 Wood Ave., Sumner. Donations in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
