My dear brother,what can i say?Not a day goes by that you are not thought of.Pictures of you make me cry,and make me smile.I still hear your laughter,which makes me giggle,but tears also run down my face.I am a lucky girl to have had you as a brother,friend.Your nephews miss you terribly,but understand your not in pain anymore,and that is really the only thing that gets me through.Your sister forever sarah

It has been very sad for Steve & I to hear of Gary Jon's passing. He was someone we liked very much and considered him to be a dear friend. He never failed to make us laugh with his hilarious stories. Our deepest condolances to his family & to his son, whom he talked so proudly of..we are sorry that you have lost your Dad & will hope that you go on to honor his memory with your good deeds. Gary Jon was so young and young at heart..we will always remember him to be that way. His courage in dealing with his illness is something to be admired..we sat with him last Jan. 2010 while he had his dialysis at St. Joe's. Just upstairs in another room was our dear friend George..He was the one responsible for us knowing Gary Jon in the first place. I know George was there for Gary Jon when it was his turn to leave this world. That's a big comfort in such a sad time. Gary Jon will never be forgotten.

This is not at all how I imagined seeing you again someday would be. I have so many memories of you....it doesn't seem like it was that long ago, but we were 17 when you first charmed me with your smile. A few years later, that smile got me again....such a charmer you were..... I will never forget that smile and how you could get me to laugh. We did have some fun times......Thinking of you takes me back to being young, carefree, learning about love, life, heartbreak, and trying to grow up. For me, you have always been that one guy in a young girl's life that she never forgets.
I am so truly sorry for your son's loss....my prayers go out to him, your family, and friends.
I hope and pray that you didn't suffer, GJ. Rest in Peace...keep smiling.
