PENELOPE PELLAND Obituary

Penelope "Penny" Mildred (Harrison) Pelland Was born to Glenn and Mildred Harrison on June 15, 1941 in Seattle, WA and passed away after a long illness on March 6, 2011. She grew up in Tacoma and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1959. She is survived by her mother Mildred Harrison, her sons Joe and Scott Pelland, her brothers Jim Harrison (Jeannette) and Tom Harrison (Linda) and many nieces and nephews. Penny was an avid reader and had a huge love for her cats. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and at her request there will be no services.

Dear Mrs. Harrsison Joe ,Scott and family
I am so sorry for your loss,Penny has been in my thoughts and pray's everyday,I am sorry I did not live closer to her.
she was such a wonderful friend since we meet in the 5th grade. I was lucky to have know her for over 60 years and all wonderful memories I have of her .she will be missed.My prays are with you. Fondly Charlotte

Mrs. Harrison,
So sorry for your loss. I have thought of Penny & her brother often, especially when I go by the old house on 63rd on my way to my to visit my mother. Both neighborhood friends are gone now (Penny & Carol) to remind me of getting old but do remember the good times.
