Marrs Family,
We are your neighbors out the road on the curve of Mary Chapel and Archery Range Road. Our daughter Christy went to school with Huggy. He was aiways nice and friendly if he saw us out, always waving when he saw us. We are deeply saddened by your loss of him. Always know that God has a better plan
and life for him now. You will always
have him with you all the time in your heart. He was a good boy. Again we are very sorry.
Sincerely Tom and Ann Balthis

Marcene & Bill,
We were so very sorry to hear about your son. I have such fond memories of you two when I was in the Youth group at Calvary. I know you are in such shock and grief, but your faith will see you thru this period. We don't always understand God's way but we can trust him to give us strength and comfort thru the horrible events of this world. Stella said losing a son was the hardest thing she's had to go thru. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Huggy as I knew him. He was the sweetest young man of his generation that I have ever known. He also was very respectful to me and my husband each and every time he was in our presence. You should be very proud of him. I never had the honor of meeting you and apologize for not coming in person to tell you this but I am not in the health to do so. I know how it feels to lose a child as my youngest died at 22 yrs old 4 years ago and I am still feeling the pain from that. Huggy and Jessica had something in common: big beautiful smiles and big hearts. May God Bless you and please believe he is right that with you now. With love, Patricia Leonard(Allan and Melissa)

It is hard to find the words to say because at a time like this, nothing seems to be much comfort. We love Huggy very much and it just seems so unreal that he's gone. We do believe that he's up in heaven on our side, watching over us and waiting for the day when we all see one another again.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, may God help you through this time of grief.
Huggy, you are loved and missed.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Marrs Family.
I was devestated to hear about Brandon. Mrs. Marrs (you were my son's "Preston Cox" teacher years ago, he and Brandon were friends then) you also taught my grand daughters (Preston's daughters~Kenzie and Brittney...We are all in shock ! We are so very sorry for your loss, God will get you though this terrible time. Faith.time and tears will heal your hearts..We lost my brother years ago at age 35, my mother has always said there is NO death like the one of a child regardless of age..my dad never excepted my brothers' death and 9 months later, he passed away from a heart attack, he grieved himself to death...Please stay strong for the rest of your family, cherish all the happy memories. You and family are in my prayers..God Bless All Of Your Family and Exspecially You.

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.
