Dear Aunt Mary Nell and Susan,
I will always remember Uncle Charlie with a smile. He was one of the nicest men I've ever known, a true "Virginia gentleman." I was privileged to read his book on his WWII experience and came away admiring the man even more. I always looked forward to seeing him at our family reunions and spending time together. He will be missed. Love, Rex
