As a young boy growing up without my father around, Don was much more than a coach. He was a mentor and a friend and helped guide me through those difficult times. I can't put into words what that meant to me but I am so thankful for Don. God Bless..

Donna, I am so grieved by the passing of Don. Geneva called me yesterday to relay this sad news. What a sweet guy he was and we always enjoyed our "class lunches with him." It won't be the same without him. I want you to know my love and sympathies are with you during the coming days. I was there 6 years ago and I know what you must be going through. Thinking of you with love, Jane Countiss
