Donna Putz

Donna Putz BRISTOL, Va. Donna Marie Arnold Putz, age 57, passed away on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at her residence. Donna was born Aug. 18, 1953, in Bristol Virginia. She was employed by the Washington County Virginia School System where she had worked as an instructional aide. Mrs. Putz was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a true blessing to all who knew her, and will be greatly missed. Survivors include: her husband, Jim Putz; daughters, Christina Hall and husband Michael, Carrie Morrell and husband Jason and Stacey Putz; grandchildren, Shawn Hall, Riley Morrell, Eric Paul, Justin Hall and Aiden Morrell; parents, Robert and Mamie Cadle Arnold and Edward and Lucille Putz. The funeral service for Mrs. Putz will be held at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Arnold and Rev. Bobby King officiating. The committal service and burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Odum Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Hall, Jason Morrell, David Putz and Larry Hunter. Honorary pallbearer will be Harlas Cadle. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the funeral service.
