Peggy Satterfield COEBURN, Va. Eula Peggy Sturgill Satterfield, 82, passed away Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Jim Sturgill and Stella Mae Sturgill; also preceeded in death by her husband, Lloyd Marion (Dutch) Satterfield. Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Lynn Armbrister, and husband, Thomas, Virginia Beach, Va., and Teresa Large, and husband, Jimmy, Coeburn; three sons, Donnie Dowell, and Gary (Bushrod) Satterfield, both of Coeburn, and Larry Wayne Dowell, Norton, Va.; one sister, Shirley J. Ring, Coeburn; special loving caregiver, Lynn Burris; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Peggy Satterfield will be held after 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Burial will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011 at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Inc., Coeburn.

Our loving prayers and thoughts are with Peggy's family. Peggy was loved dearly by all the Shepherd siblings. We will miss her. May God Bless her family. Words cannot express our gratitude to a very special friend when we were growing up and continued through the years. Bonnie Shepherd Gray
