Eula Tuggle DeBord SALTVILLE, Va. Eula Tuggle DeBord, passed away at her home on Jan. 12, 2010. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Cordie and Henry Tuggle; three brothers, R.D., Garnet and Merle Tuggle. She is survived by her daughter, Cathi DeBord Barbrow; her precious granddaughter, Amanda Lynn Barbrow; and her best friend, James DeBord all of Saltville; two sisters, Ruby Warner of Saltville and Nada Hogston of Glade Spring; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at Mount Rose Cemetery with the Rev. Benny Frye and the Rev. Dennis Banks officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until 1:30 at Henderson Funeral Home Prior to going to the cemetery or visit at the home of her daughter, Cathi Barbrow anytime. Pallbearers will be nephews, great-nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made at drhendersonfuneralhome.com D.R. Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville, Va., is serving the Eula DeBord family.
