Francis L. Collins COEBURN, Va. Francis L. Collins, 71 , passed away Friday, April 23, 2010, at her home. She attended the Riverview Pentecostal Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Collins; and her parents, Oakley and Grace Johnson. Surviving are her daughter, Norma Carr and her husband, Bobby of Nickelsville, Va.; three sons, Michael Collins and his wife, Samantha of Nickelsville; Robert Collins and his wife, Sharon and Leroy Collins and his wife, Angie all of Coeburn, Va.; two brothers, Roy Johnson and Claude Johnson both of Coeburn, Va.; three sisters, Jean Gibson, Peggy Collins and Barbara Stidham all of Coeburn; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 25, 2010, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6th Street NW Coeburn, Va. Funeral Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. in the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel Coeburn with the Rev. Joe Dearry and Rev. Donald Harding Jr. officiating. Graveside Services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010, at the Greenwood Acres Cemetery Coeburn, Va. The family and friends will meet at 10:30 a,m.
