Garland C. "Junior" Miller Jr. HONAKER, Va. Mr. Garland C. "Junior" Miller Jr., age 43, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, in a Lebanon, Va., hospital. Born March 21, 1967, in Tazewell County, Va., he was a son of Joann Hess Street of Lebanon, Va., and the late Garland C. Miller Sr. A lifelong resident of the area, he was a 1986 graduate of Christian Academy in Lebanon and was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of n19 years, Debbie Miller; two sisters, Leann Street and Billie Wallace both of Lebanon, Va.; two brothers, Barry Wallace and wife, Ann of Ferrum, Va., and Steven Street and wife, Donna of Council, Va.; two nieces, Kelly Lowe and Katlin Wallace; five nephews, Josh Duty, Chris Duty, Dallas Thomas, Matthew Street and Kaden Massie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Taylor, Rev. Grady McGlothlin and Rev. Don Mullins officiating. Interment will follow in the Russell Memorial Cemetery in Lebanon, Va. Pallbearers will be Matthew Street, Matt Ball, Kenneth Ball, Barry Wallace, Kynan Massie and Randy Hess. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Duty, Chris Duty, Kirby Meadows, Brian Lowe, Josh Hess, Dallas Thomas, Ryan Hart, Davy Barrett and Christopher Barrett.
