Helen Berry Russell BRISTOL, Tenn. Helen Berry Russell, age 82, went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 16, 2010, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born July 21, 1927 in BristolTennessee, a daughter of the late Eugene and Frances Hyatt Berry. She was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Franklin Russell; and a son, Billy E. Russell. Survivors include son, Eddie R. Russell; sisters, Nell Knox and husband, Harmon, and Willa Mae Dingus and husband, Benny; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010, at 4 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Thomas Berry officiating. The burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3:45 p.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be registered at www.weaverfuneralhome.net Arrangements have been made with Weaver Funeral Home.

Eddie,
Stanley and I were very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. We would have come to the funeral but I had just had eye surgery a few days before and not able to get out.
