Dearest Family,
I am very saddened by Junior's death. I have thought of him so very often over the years. We go way back to very early childhood. Playing on 'top of the hill' with all the other brothers and sisters. Hearing Moma call for us all to come home for supper. So many memories. We lost touch over time. He had a truely wonderful life. I wish I could have known him as an adult. May the LORD wrap you all in HIS tender loving arms and comfort you during this very sad time for us. Please know I love each of you.
From my heart to yours.

Herma I haven't see you in years but I still remember you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about the death of Junior and will be remembering you in prayer.

Family,
I am so sorry for the news that Homer has died. He and I attended Holston Valley High School but the last time that I saw him was in January 1967 at the funeral for his father Homer SR. My prayers as well as the prayers of the church are with you during this time of bereavement.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I am thankful for the life and friendship of Lee Leonard. I remember him from 27 years ago, so full of life with so much on his mind. He was always busy doing one thing or another but the main constant in his life was thoughts he had about his children, How much Becca ment to him, it was like she was his right hand. Rachael was his princess. I know he loved his sons as well. But most of all he came down here to be with his family. i will always remember him as a friend. ALWAYS
