Inge F. Asbury LEBANON, Va. Inge F. Asbury, age 70, died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, at the home of her daughter, Karin Asbury of Hinesville, Ga., with whom she made her home for the past eight months. Born June 12, 1940, in Gerlzofen, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Emil and Maria Keller Wagner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert C. Asbury, who died and was cremated in 2001; one brother, Verner Wagner; and one sister, Anna Wagner. Survivors include two daughters, Karin Asbury and husband, George of Hinesville, and Carolyn Sue Boardwine and husband, Mike of Lebanon; two sons, Jimmy Asbury and wife, Rhonda of Emory, Va., and David Asbury of Richlands, Va.; two sisters, Elisabeth Behrens and Hildegard Simmons; one brother, Otmar Wagner, all of Germany; 10 grandchildren; three great- grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, at Greenhills Memory Gardens at Claypool Hill, Va. Mr. and Mrs. Asbury will be reunited and laid to rest together by the joining of their ashes for the visitation and interment. Military graveside rites for Mr. Asbury will be conducted by members of VFW Post No. 9864 of Lebanon. The families of Inge and Albert Asbury will receive friends at Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home in Tazewell, Va., from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010.
