James William "Bill" Harr BLUFF CITY, Tenn. James William "Bill" Harr, age 76, 510 Weaver Branch Road, went home to be with his Lord, his parents and his brother, Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at his residence following an extended illness. He was born in Bristol Tennessee to the late James and Dora Fauver Harr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Otis Jackson Harr; and two brothers-in-law, Dayton Coffey and Norman DeHart. Survivors include two brothers, John Harr and wife Dorothy of Bluff City and Cecil Harr and wife Ann of Bristol Tennessee; two sisters, Rosa Fay Coffey of Randlemen, N.C., and Catherine Ann DeHart of Bristol Tennessee; several nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Tetrick Funeral Home Bluff City Chapel with Rev. Charles Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Harr Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jackie Harr, John Gilliam, David Cook, Brandon Gilliam, Anthony Deip and Bob Kennedy. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Border, Wayne Smith and Lee Kennedy. The family will receive friends from 5 7 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2010 , in the chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home, Bluff City.
