Jillian Rae Owens BRISTOL, Tenn. Jillian Rae Owens, age 24, passed away on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at her residence. She was born April 7, 1986, in Clinton, Md., a daughter of Shirley Sue Payne Owens. Jill had lived in Bristol for the past 11 years. She was a talented writer and was a devoted friend to her family and to her many internet friends throughout the world. Survivors: mother, Shirley Sue Payne Owens; sister, Jessica Michelle Myers; brother, Ronald E. Myers; niece, Dominique; nephew, Damien, Darren, Dillan; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; her baby, Sprint, a 9-year old gray tabby cat. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Stevens officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-3 prior to the service. Burial will follow in Eastern Heights Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
