Jillian Rae Owens BRISTOL, Tenn. Jillian Rae Owens, age 24, passed away on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at her residence. She was born April 7, 1986, in Clinton, Md., a daughter of Shirley Sue Payne Owens. Jill had lived in Bristol for the past 11 years. She was a talented writer and was a devoted friend to her family and to her many internet friends throughout the world. Survivors: mother, Shirley Sue Payne Owens; sister, Jessica Michelle Myers; brother, Ronald E. Myers; niece, Dominique; nephew, Damien, Darren, Dillan; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; her baby, Sprint, a 9-year old gray tabby cat. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, from the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Stevens officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-3 prior to the service. Burial will follow in Eastern Heights Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Online condolences may be registered at www.Weaverfuneralhome.net Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
