Kermit Scarberry CASTLEWOOD, Va. Committal services and entombment for Kermit Scarberry will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, May 31, 2010, in Oak Hill Cemetery, Kingsport. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 11:30 a.m. Monday. Pallbearers will be Ray Austin, Ronald Austin, Mike Austin, Bradley Austin, Larry Powers, Mark McCarty, Jimmy Scarberry, and Dennis Scarberry. Online condolences may be sent to the Scarberry family and a video tribute may be viewed through our Web site at www.castlewoodfuneralhome.com Rev. Kermit Scarberry, 89, died Friday, May 28, 2010, in Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tenn. Castlewood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Helen, Jerl, Fay and Families,

It has saddened us to learn of Kermit's passing. We send our sincere sympathy, love and prayers.

The last few years have not been easy ones. It is our prayer that God will grant Kermit peace and both you and the family comfort.

It has long been my contention that in the finale that each of us are left with our memories and I am sure your memories will serve to sustain you especially when you miss Kermit the most.

Now May God Bless you and yours as you go forward.

Mrs. Scarberry, I was so sorry to hear about Kermit passing on! I remember you both from McFarlane-Hillman Pharmacy! You and your family will be in my prayers! May God Bless you at this sad time!
