Letha Delane Goins ARLINGTON, Va. Letha Delane Goins, age 82. On Nov. 30, 2009, beloved wife of the late Roy L. Goins Sr.; mother of Roy L. Jr. (Paula), Roger E. and Lyssa D. Goins; grandmother of Kimberly L. Jackson; and great- grandmother of Kayla L. Raley. Friends may visit the Murphy Funeral Home of Arington, 4510 Wilson Blvd., from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. Funeral service will be held in the Murphy Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 4. Interment: National Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to her favorite charity, Meals on Wheels, Development Department, 203 S. Union St., Alexandria, VA 22314.

My family wishes you the best, she's was a good person and neighbor the whole time she's lived across the street. We remember the days we saw he standing up and working on the front yard, and we'll never forget those moments we shared.
