Linda Ann Beavers Lindsey BRISTOL, Va. Linda Ann Beavers Lindsey, age 66, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 in a Bristol Tennessee hospital. Born April 1, 1944, in Tazewell County, Linda was the daughter of the late John Woodrow and Leoma Robinette Beavers. Linda was a Richlands High School Class of 1963 graduate. She retired in 1995 after 29 years of service with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C. Survivors are four sisters, Mary Steele of Cedar Bluff, Va., Patricia Beavers of Cedar Bluff, Karen Arms and husband, Gary of Cedar Bluff, and Peggy Beavers of Bristol Virginia; niece, LarRhonda Lindsey; nephews, Todd Steele, Jason Matthews, Kyle Barrow, Jeremy Barrow, Garrett Arms, and C.J. Arms; and several great-nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services for Linda Ann Beavers Lindsey will be conducted Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at 4 p.m. at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Va., with the Rev. Larry Ramey officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
