These past couple of days have been so hard. But, I don't think it has been as hard as watching my beautiful Granny suffer for so long, knowing there was nothing I could do to ease her pain or make her better. I want to grieve so badly, for this is the day I have dreaded since I was old enough to realize what death was. But, I can't grieve like I thought I would because Iam so happy for my Granny! She is now in Heaven with Jesus and my grandaddy and all her loved ones gone before us, she is not suffering anymore, her pain is gone and there is nothing but happiness and joy. My granny was and still is my rock, she is who I have looked up to for so long. No one could compare to my Granny, she taught me so many lessons in life, she is a big part of who made me who I am today! Iam going to miss her so much, as well as I miss my grandaddy. I rest better knowing that one day I will see them again, not only in my dreams but in Heaven as well!
And to My Granny, I will love you more than I could ever show, and I will miss you and Grandaddy until I see you again! Thank you for everything you have done for me, thank you for being one of the best people in my life, thank you for loving me and helping making me who I am today. I am so glad my children Kaylei, Ethan, and Lauran Mayzei got to know you and love you, I am sure they will help to pass on what a wonderful Granny you were to their little brother Nathan who will be here in September. I'll never forget all the good times we shared and until we see each other again, I love you and can't wait to see your smiling face!
Love Always, your grandaughter

Death is so hard. We know it's coming, but when it gets here our hearts don't ache any less. When I think about my Granny, I think about what a strong woman she truly was. She raised 8 kids of her own and took many more in. She was sassy and stood up for what she believed in, no matter what the "in" thing to do was. There are and were many things that I and everyone else could/can learn from her. As I type this I can hardly catch my breath enough to breath and I can hardly see through my tears enough to type. But there is a part of me that is celebrating WITH my Granny, because I know that she is in heaven celebrating herself! She is no longer in pain, she no longer has to suffer, and she is in a beautiful place, with some beautiful people that have been waiting a long time to see her. Today and tomorrow will be a tough day for a lot of people that will miss her terribly. I hope that we can take her stories and pass them down for generations to come and I hope everyone that ever met Granny walked away with something great to take with them along their journey of life. I am walking away with lessons that will never leave me, lessons that my Granny and Granddaddy instilled in my father and lessons that I will instill in my daughter. And for them I am so thankful! RIP Granny. I love you!

Just a few months ago I contacted Mrs. Hillard concerning my birth and where I was born as she stayed a time with my Mother then and helped her. We talked and talked she told me so many funny and wonderful stories that I will always carry with me. Most importantly she told me she was sick but that when she left here she would be with our Heavenly Father and would get to see Iona (my Mother) again. How wonderful to know. And what a lovely Lady she was, family my prayers are with you. Please take comfort in the love and blessings your Mother gave so many.

Dear Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I really enjoyed seeing and talking to Margaret when she would come by the school. She was always so nice and sweet. Take care of each other and love each other as that is what she would intend you do. God will be there for you and He will wrap you in arms that create a peace that man cannot understand.
Sincerely,
Becky Muller

Our heart and prayers goes out to each and every family member. I will always remember the day I picked Margaret up and we went to Dairy Queen for lunch. As we ate our meals we talked and told our little stories to each other that made us laugh and giggle together and we enjoyed ourselves so much that day. She loved the catfish meals that we shared a short time after that. It gave me great pleasure to be able to do that with her. I feel in my heart that she's in heaven helping God prepare a place for us when it's our time to go and I feel this is what she'd want to tell all of us family members...
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say, but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you." It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on. I need you here badly; you're part of my plan. There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man. God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you. And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night. When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned. But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is over. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before. There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; but together we can do it by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too..that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you. If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain, then you can say to God at night.."My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile. So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low, just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind. And when it's time for you to go...from that body to be free, remember you're not going...you're coming here to me.
So very true
Love you and miss you Margaret
