Michael Shane Suits MARION, Va. Michael Shane Suits, age 42, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at the Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, N.C. He was born in Radford, Va., and was preceded in death by his father, Robert Suits. Survivors include: mother and stepfather, Judy and Bob Mathena, Marion; sister, Regina Farmer, Marion; brother, Randy Suits, Chapel Hill, N.C.; stepbrothers, Tim Mathena, Ronnie Mathena; stepsister, Teresa Greer; two nieces, Megan Myers and Tiegan Suits; two nephews, Brandon Smith and Gavin Suits; two great-nephews, Skylar Smith and Caleb McGhee. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at the Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a food bank or homeless shelter of your choice.
