Nancy Jo Markwalter ABINGDON, Va. Mrs. Nancy Jo Markwalter, age 67, passed away on July 1, 2010, at her residence. She was born in Danville, Va.,and was the daughter of the late Eddie and Juanita McCroskey Warren. She graduated from the Greendale High School where her class was the last graduating class of Greendale. She was a retired employee of KVAT foods where she worked in the accounting department. She is survived by her husband, Frank Markwalter of Abingdon, Va.; her four children; Julia Blackwell Garcia and husband Pete of Crowley, Texas, Kimberly Blackwell McBee and husband Steve of Denver, N.C., Lori Blackwell of Columbia, S.C., Stephen Blackwell and wife Donna of Concord, N.C.; her sisters, Pat Warren of Abingdon, Va., and Linda Cornelius and husband Jon of Bristol Virginia; her brothers, Charles Warren and wife Judy of Abingdon, Va., Jerry Warren and wife Clarita of Rural Retreat, Va., David Warren and wife Carolyn of Four Oaks, N.C.; her loving grandchildren, Taylor and Zachary Garcia of Crowley, Texas and Tyler McBee of Denver, N.C.; numerous aunts, nieces and nephews.
