Patricia Ann Terry Puglise Kelley FOUNTIAN HILLS, Ariz. Patty Terry Kelley, 66, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2010. She was born in Bristol Virginia, June 27, 1943, and was a 1961 graduate of Virginia High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Kelley; her parents, Payton and Ora Lee Terry; brother, Charles A. Terry; and a sister, Carolyn Terry Stevens. Patty is survived by her daughter, Linda (Liz) Puglise Stone; son, Michael Puglise; grandchildren, Christen Odum, Chalen Branham, Austin Puglise, Anna Marie Puglise and her former husband, Andy Puglise. She also survived by a brother, John R. Terry; sister, Connie Terry Bundy and several nieces and nephews. There will be a private graveside service at a later date. Akard Funeral Home, 1912 W. State St., Bristol, TN (423) 989-4800 serving the family of Mrs. Kelley.
