Paul F. Russell Jr. JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. Mr. Paul F. Russell Jr., age 80, passed away Thursday, Dec.23, 2010 at his resi dence. Mr. Russell was a native of Washington County and son of the late Paul and Minnie Adams Russell Sr. In addition to his parents, Mr. Russell was also preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Russell. Mr. Russell was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired as a senior electrical engineer at Univac. Mr. Russell attended First Baptist Church of Jonesborough. Survivors include his wife, Joan Taylor Russell, Jonesborough; two daughters, Pamela Murray and husband Robert "Bob" and Patricia Hyder, all of Jonesborough; one son, David Paul Russell and wife, Cheryl, Blountville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren, Bill Wright (Stacey), Ben Wright (Ginger), Adrienne Russell, Bethany Russell, David Paul Russell Jr., Victoria Russell, John Robert Hyder, and Sarah Hyder; four great-grandchildren, Corbin Wright, Kayla Wright, Colin Wright and Peyton Hyder; one brother, Freddie L. Russell, Gray, Tenn.; and one sister, Virginia Mosier (Jack) Gray. Funeral services will be conducted 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel Cook officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 prior to the service. Interment services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Russell, Leroy Russell, Russ Mosier, Jack Mosier, Bob Murray and Eugene Russell. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Sue Prill, Dr. T.C.
