Peggy Holbrook ST. PAUL, Va. Peggy Holbrook, 76, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, in View Nursing Home, Lebanon, Va. She was born in Russell County, Va., daughter of the late Bert L. and Ethel Holley Holbrook. She was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Holbrook. She was the office manager for Russell County Water and Sewage Authority for many years. She is survived by one sister, Ann Holbrook of St. Paul; nieces and nephews, Lynn Holbrook and wife Alice of St. Paul, Lucas and grandson, Kaleb, Steven Holbrook and wife Barbara of Castlewood, Va., Bert and Danielle, Wade Holbrook and wife Vivian of Dante, Va., Tonya and Jacob, and grandson, Colton, Dianne Frazier and husband Robbie of Dante, Tracy, Robert and wife Beth and granddaughter, Haley, Dana Proffitt and husband Michael Wayne of Dante, Michael James Proffitt, Michael Lawrence Proffitt, John Porffitt, and Michelle Proffitt, Regina "Jackie" Holbrook of St. Paul, Alicia Kiser, Eddie Kiser and wife Kim, grandchildren, Holly Kiser and Madison Kiser. Funeral services for Peggy Holbrook will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, in the Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, with Brother Fred Dingus and Brother Jerry Holbrook officiating. Interment will follow in the Holbrook Cemetery, St. Paul. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood.
