Randy Gale Harrison GRAY, Tenn. Mr. Randy Gale Harrison, 45, died on Friday, June 4, 2010, at his residence. A native of Washington County, he was a son of Edna Mae Barnett Wiseman and the late James Frank Harrison. Randy was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School, Class of 1982. Working in the sheet metal and HVAC industry, he was employed by Newman Heating & Air for several years and was a member of the United Sheet Metal Workers of America. He was of the Baptist faith. Known as a hardworking, loving and caring family man, Randy enjoyed being outdoors gardening, riding four wheelers, camping, building bonfires, and enjoying nature. Determined and outspoken, he loved life, loved his family, enjoyed helping others and liked to listen to country music. Survivors include his wife, Susanne Leigh Harrison, Gray; daughters, Valerie Nicole Saylor, Elizabethton, Chassi Mae Harrison, Johnson City and fiancÂ‚, Joshua Daniel Jamison, and Jazmyne "Tater" Harrison of the home; mother, Edna Wiseman, Elizabethton; stepmother, Sheila Harrison, Kingsport; sister, Becky Hott and husband, Randy, Johnson City; four stepsisters, Angie, Karen, Star, and Michelle; two brothers, Frank Tommy Harrison, Kingsport, and Eddie Wiseman, Sevierville; stepbrother, Brad; brother-in-law, Chad Price, Johnson City; four grandchildren, Harley, Chase, Jessie and Shyanne; several nieces and nephews; and the Humphrey family. In addition to his father, Randy was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Harrison Price. The family expresses special thanks to the Fox and Cade families, Patty Mac, Meme, and all of Randy's special caregivers. A celebration of life memorial service for Randy G. Harrison will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, June 7, at Tetrick Funeral Services with Rev. Sam Ferguson officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the service hour. For those who prefer, memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be given to the Amercian Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Suite 102, Johnson City, TN 37601.
