Tamera was an important and influential person in my life. I was truly and deeply saddened to hear of Tammy's passing. For years we were the best of friends, spending everyday together. We grew apart yet I never forgot her stories. Stories only she could tell. Stories of the people she encountered while working at the cattle market, or the one about her falling through the bridge on her horse at Steele's Creek and making front page news. She had a story for every mood always bringing a smile to whom she was telling. I loved that she had seen every episode of M.A.S.H. and X-Files twenty+ times yet watched both everytime they were on television, or that she would drive so fast, when you got out of her car you would want to kiss the ground. Everyday with Tamera was an adventure. She was so young at heart and so much fun. I will NEVER forget her and what she taught me. My condolences to Faye, Kelly, Phillip and Jerry. She is with her father and Larry telling them everything they've missed and that makes me smile through the tears.

My thoughts and prayers are with you as we all grieve the loss of Tammy. She was a lifetime friend of mine and I loved her. I had the privilege to talk with her throughout the last few weeks and up to her final days. She fought hard and lived hard and that is what I will remember about her. She is finally at peace and is resting. May God continue to bless the family and never let her spirit die nor will I. She will be missed. Sincerely.
