Teresa Lynn Morrison ABINGDON, Va. Teresa Lynn Morrison, 45, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at home. She is survived by her mother, Bettie Nash Morrison of Abingdon; one aunt, Joyce Harmon of Abingdon; uncles, Jackie Nash of Abingdon and Tom and Ruth Casey of Bristol Virginia; special friend, Pat Propst of Bristol Virginia; several cousins; and other family members. The family would also like to express gratitude to the medical community of Abingdon for the quality care throughout her years. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Ellie Scofield officiating. Interment will follow. No visitation will be held at the funeral home but friends are welcome to visit anytime at the home, 19480 Rustic Lane, Abingdon, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abingdon High School, 705 Thompson Drive, Abingdon, VA 24210, c/o Michelle Lilly for the special education class. Expressions of sympathy may be made by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com and signing the online guestbook. Arrangements for Ms. Morrison are under the care of Farris Funeral Service, 427 E.
