Teresa, David and my son, Jonathan Carter were in a mission group called the Proclaimers when they were in high school. I'll never forget Reecie's sunny smile and sweet nature. She truly did light up the room when she smiled, and her faith was tremendous. I know you all will miss her greatly, but I have no doubt she is in the presence of our Saviour as we speak, and her influence will live on. Abby Carter, Nicholson, GA (formerly of Brookhaven, MS).

Ben, I wonderful memories of our time in Memphis together. Theresa was a life saver to me during my move. I was so blessed to be her neighbor and blessed beyond measure to know she was servant of God. She was a tremendous joy to me and your children were always joy to be around. I know my children are who they are because of being around Theresa during those pivotal times of raising a toddler. May God bless you all and know you are in my prayers!
Love to you all,
Susan, Todd, Grant and Grayson Smith

Dear Ben and kids,
My name is Lisa Martin Schobesberger. I am currently living in Austria as a missionary. I went to Belhaven College with Teresa. She was a good friend and prayer partner. We also led a missions prayer group for women together. I was so sad to hear of her accident and death. I am praying for you all. I have such wonderful memories of Teresa -- she had such a wonderful smile and a warm heart. I will always be thankful that I had a chance to know her. May God fill you all with his peace and comfort at this difficult time. You will remain in my prayers!

Dear Mr. Bullen,
Matthew and I are very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife and mother of your children. Teresa was my Lebanese sister in Christ!! I remember Teresa, Donna Passamonte, and I were going to fix a big Lebanese supper. Your wife left a legacy behind that truly touched my life. Teresa showed me what Jesus must be like. Her kindness, sweetness, smiling face, her servants heart, her compassion on all those around her and her joy, joy of the Lord. Now she is in the presence of God comepletly Sanctified and Glorified! What comfort that must bring to you! Although you will miss her until you are with her again. We will be praying for you and your children and am sorry we are not there to help. What a blessing to know that you have a church family that loves you and is there for you. We pray for God's hand upon your children as they will miss their mommy. The Lord will provide all their needs for them and for you as well because He loves you.
May the Lord make His face shine upon you,
Love, the Matthew Clark Family

Ben,
We didn't get to know Theresa and you very much but every time Theresa had a chance after service and at the Windham's she would spend time with Sally, just sharing thoughts.
When we received word of the accident our hearts broke and we mourn for your loss.Words cannot convey our sorrow.
Even though we are not members of St. Peter we feel like we have lost a member of our family.
Our prayers go out to you and your beautiful children, that the Lord will sustain and strengthen you during this difficult time.
God bless you and your family,
Larry and Sally Horton

Teresa was a dear friend of my daugher, Cathryn. I had the blessing of meeting and visiting with her when I traveled to Mendota. She was a warm and wonderful person. Ben, may the Lord embrace you and your children with warmth and comfort.

I have no words that are adequate to describe my feelings at this substantial and heart-wrenching loss. Theresa's face lit up a room and made everyone who ever saw or met her, smile. This has been the case since she was a toddler, eyes bright with love, full of life and laughter. Her megawatt smile, her Christian faith and her compassion for others were second to none. Ben and the children will continue to feel her love and grace in all aspects of life as Theresa will surely be acting as their guardian angel. She is without a doubt one of God'a most cherished souls.
Theresa joins her father, Roger Dennis and her grandmother and grandfather (Annie Laurie Bryant Dennis Murray (MotherAnne)and Mitchell Michael Dennis (Daddy Mitch)on God's playground of glory. Our loss is their gain. My prayers and heart are with Theresa's entire family, her husband and children, her mother, her sister and her brother, as well as the community and church family she so loved.
We will meet again dear, sweet and loving cousin. Until then, I will miss you and think of you often. Your cousin, Melanie
