I TOO FEEL VERY LUCKY TO HAVE KNOWN MISS "H" (AS WE ALL CALLED HER). I CALLED HER "MOM" TO HER FACE THOUGH. OUR FAMILY USED TO STOP AT THE TRU BLU ON THE WAY TO VISIT MY GRANDMOTHERS IN WISE AND KENTUCKY TO EAT AND VISIT. MY DAD, MAYNARD LUNDY WAS A PHARMACIST TOO AND ALWAYS LOVED THE FAMILY SO MUCH. MANY YEARS LATER, I BECAME A PHARMACIST AND HAD THE HONOR TO WORK AT PEOPLES DRUG WITH VERONA. SHE TAUGHT ME SO MUCH AND WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ADVICE AND GUIDANCE. SHE ALWAYS MADE ME LAUGH. SHE WAS QUITE A CHARACTER (JUST LIKE MY DAD). I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER WITH A SMILE

I WAS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE MET VERONA , HER FAMILY AND HER BELOVED BENJI THIS YEAR. WE ENJOYED LONG TALKS SITTING ON THE PORCH WHERE SHE TOLD ME WONDERFUL STORIES ABOUT HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS. SHE WAS CERTAINLY ONE OF A KIND.
