Victoria McCall

Victoria H. McCall ABINGDON, Va. Mrs. Victoria H. McCall, age 58, passed away Nov. 14, 2009, at Johnston Me morial Hospital, after a valiant battle with brain cancer. She was a dedicated employee of Washington Farmers Coop for a number of years and enjoyed being of service to her loyal customers. She was a volunteer for many years at E.B. Stanley School. She also volunteered many hours to the Washington County Fair each year. She was a member of Washington Chapel United Methodist Church for almost 30 years, where she was a very active member. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Phillip McCall; daughter, Gwen of Abingdon; son, Kevin of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, John Holloway of Abingdon; sister, Mary Margaret Campbell and husband Tom of Williamsburg, Va.; brothers-in-law, H.G. McCall and Harold McCall; sisters-in-law, Martha Johnston and Frances McCall; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a large extended family. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at 8 p.m. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, with Pastor Larry Lusk officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7:45 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
