Early on this Memorial Day 2017, Mr. Bill came to mind. I "Googled" Bill Eberhartt (as he spelled it with the extra t long ago!). Even though I had not seen Mr. Bill in many years, I was so sad to read of his passing in 2010. My friends and I have many great memories of growing up at the YMCA in Moultrie, GA. Mr. Bill was the Y for us. He drove the bus(singing 'Dem Bones), coached gymnastics, lead gym classes and was the lifeguard. The same goes for our two week camp at Pine Mountain every summer. He also worked with Bill Caldwell, Moultrie HS choral director, to bring high school musicals to Moultrie. He directed the stage crew(mostly Leaders Club members), created, built and painted all the set backdrops. I truly appreciate the life of Bill Eberhardtt and all he meant to the youth of Colquitt County, GA.

Just found out today and was so very sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was a great friend to all of us here at Abingdon High School - he gave many, many hours of his time and talent to the school. He designed and made our first "A" on the bank at Falcon Stadium. He will always be remembered for his genuine love for the kids and our school. Our toughts are with you all at this time.

Dear Kim
Eric, Trish, Tommy and Brittney

It was such an honor and pleasure having had the opportunity to know and work with Bill. The "footprints" of all his accomplishments in life and thoughtfullness he showed to everyone will never be forgotten! He was a "one of a kind person" and everyone loved him so very much. He will be missed!!

I pray that God will wrap His arms around each of you and give you the strength to carry on during this most difficult time.
