ELSIE IRBY Obituary


Elsie Irby of Nezperce, Idaho, was born to Charles and Elsie Ann Johnson McLean on November 5, 1933, and passed away away due to complications of surgery on February 12, 2011, in Lewiston, Idaho, at the age of 77.

Elsie married Harold Irby July 18, 1953. Four children would follow. Kennewick, WA, was their home for 16 years. Elsie was employed at Rogers of Walla Walla and later at Sandviks Special Metals. The couple retired in 1984 to Nezperce, ID.

Survivors include her loving husband Harold and children Elton Irby (Suzanne) of Kennewick, Larry Irby of Nezperce, Lorna Inglet (Bob) of Orofino, Diane Hedrick (Joseph) of Kennewick, sister Janie Wuerfele of Camas, WA., brother in-law Dennis Knapp of Vancouver, WA. and 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Katelyn, Larissa, Cassandra, Ray and Lottie.

I will so miss my dear Aunt Elsie. She was such a loving and wonderful person with a contagious laugh and constant smile. So many wonderful memories have her and her family in my mind and they live on today. My Love to you all always sending many hugs.
