Jane was an exceptional teacher and a true blessing for our sons, Brooks and Scott, while they were at Hanford. Her positive encouragement and assistance with study skills ultimately helped Brooks earn a mechanical engineering degree from WSU. She introduced Scott to Knowledge Bowl and the Jr. Statesmen of America, which inspired his interest in national and world politics. He earned a Masters degree in Diplomacy and International Relations and is currently working in the China Program at the National Defense University in Wash. DC. We believe Jane had a profound impact on our boys and many other students. What a laudable legacy! We extend our deepest sympathy to the family. Candace and Joe Devary

Jane--I will cherish all the great memories of your friendship. Our trip to the concert at The Gorge was the best. You will be remembered for your sense of humor, enthusiasm, courage, generosity, and many, many more traits that I have always admired in you. I will miss you and pray for your family every single day.
