VICKI MILLER Obituary

Vicki Lee Miller was born June 19, 1963, in Anchorage, Alaska; the only daughter of Lionel and Patti Mauritson. Vicki grew up in the Tri-Cities. She graduated from Hanford High School and went on to work at the Hanford site as a Nuclear Operator for nearly 20 years. Four years ago, after nearly two decades of friendship, she and Duane Cross decided to spend their lives together and made their home in Richland. She cherished her four sons, David (Hillary), Bryan, Kevin, and Carson, as well as her three grandchildren, Ryan, Sage, and Dawson.

Surrounded by family and love, Vicki passed away on March 2, 2011, after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Some of her favorite things were road trips, cranking up the tunes in her car, laughing with friends, and decorating (and redecorating) her home. She will always be known for her humor, her courage, and her undying dedication to her family.

Services will be held at Einan's Memories at Sunset Event Center In Richland on March 18 at 1 p.m Those wishing to honor Vicki's memory may donate in her name to Cork's Place at The Chaplaincy in Kennewick, a child grief support network.
