He was raised in Framingham and resided in Troy most of his life. He was a graduate of Framingham, MA High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, class of 1970. He was a well-known artist, exhibiting his works at the International Print Center in New York, Etchers Society NY, Hutson Gallery Provincetown, the Arts Center of the Capital Region, the Sand Lake Center for the Arts and thoughout the United States. I worked for almost 20 years in the Environmental Analysis Bureau at DOT and always found Bill a serious, dedicated and VERY knowledgeable colleague! He was the kind of guy who always tried to help you out with your questions, etc. The world will be a poorer place without him!
