I worked for almost 20 years in the Environmental Analysis Bureau at DOT and always found Bill a serious, dedicated and VERY knowledgeable colleague! He was the kind of guy who always tried to help you out with your questions, etc. The world will be a poorer place without him!

Joanne, I will miss my sojourns with Bill to antique shows and book fairs. I will miss our wide ranging discussions about history and science. Bill was the " most interesting man" in the capitol region. I was so fortunate to have him as a friend for so many years. Scott Osur
