Carlos Campuzano Obituary

Carlos M. Campuzano 72, passed away April 1, 2011, surrounded by loved ones. He is preceded in death by his wife, Minerva and parents, Lorenzo and Carmen Campuzano. Survived by his children, Carlos (Pauline), Yolanda (Nick), Loly (Frank), Hector (Veronica), Albert (Terry); his siblings, Carmen (Victor), Lorenzo Jr. (Ramona), Louie (Molly), Linda (Albert), Frank (Nita), Gilbert (Cynthia) and Oscar. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and extended family members. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved camping, fishing and hunting. Also He loved to play and coach sports. He proudly served his country in the USMC 1st Division. He truly will be missed. A Visitation will be held at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN, 5401 S. Park Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85706 on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. and with Services at 11:30. Interment to follow at South Lawn Cemetery.

Dear Cousins,
I just found out about your dad's death.
Rosa and I are sorry for your loss.
I will miss Chale's great smile, big laughter and sense of humor.
It was always a great joy to see him at family gatherings. He will surely be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss! Minerva and Chale are together now. They are happy and enjoying their life in Heaven with my Nina Carmen and my Nino Lencho. Dancing and having a good time as I remember them doing here on earth. Memories of all of them are many and I will continue to hold those memories dear to my heart. I love you all like a part of my family. Yolie, and Loli I grew up with you and hope you find comfort in knowing that Chale is in a better place. May God give you the strength to live on without him. Until you meet again.

I met your dad, Carlos, a few months ago when he was visiting with his wife, your mom and I was visiting with my mom who had just passed away and is buried very close by.
