Steve (and family) lived next door to us in San Antonio (1980). He was a sweet and caring person; and he was a special friend. I was sorry to hear that Heather was gone, but I’m sure you are together now with Jesus. Love you

I still think of Steve and his great attitude. I am doing well from my radiation, it was a benign tumor. But I have lost my son who was only 25 years old. Martha Pankratz, Tucson

Stephen was a wonderful man. I enjoyed so much taking care of him during his last days. He was very happy with life and enjoyed every last minute of it. It was my pleasure to have known him and to take the very best care of him as I could. Thanks for everything Steph.
Love Stacey

I met Steve during radiation treatments at UMC during the summer of 2010. He and I both saw the beautiful purple light during treatment. We chatted along with his friend LuBeth. He was a kind person who faced the disease with courage and great attitude. Martha Pankratz
