John Joseph Findysz Born in Tucson, Arizona, May 3, 1970, John Joseph Findysz; artist, visual director, entrepreneur, left his friends and family Thursday, April 19, 2012. John grew into and created a life of "visual bling". He left a trail of sparkle wherever he went and upon whomever he touched. He ventured to Phoenix, San Diego, New York City, and Hudson working first as Head of Visual Merchandise at Macy's Diego before moving to NYC to become Visual Merchandiser for all NYC JCrews. John became Creative Director of Visual Merchandising Global for Clinique and again, Creative Director for Jeffrey's New York. John's entrepreneurial direction included his gallery-store, Plate in NYC, art collecting, and devotion to his own art. Above all, John left his mark, his sparkle, his bling on all those who have gone before him, including his mother and father and leaves sparkle behind on his Uncle, Marty (Linda); his four siblings, Mary (Diana), Harry, Terry (Kevin), Joe (Kelly); seven beautiful and brilliant nieces and nephews; his "best pug", Nishi, and of course, countless friends and acquaintances. His Memorial/Celebration will be Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., ArtsEye gallery, 3550 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85716.
