Pauline W. OHDEN

OHDEN, Pauline W. (Darbyshire) born March 9, 1915 went to be with her Lord and Savior July 14, 2017. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rev. H. Richard Ohden, and two sons, Paul and Marc. Also seven brothers and sisters, including her beloved twin, Maxine. She died peacefully in her sleep after praising God and singing her favorite hymns. Making sure that the family knew to take special care of the joy of her life over the past couple years, the newest great grand babies. Pauline was instrumental in helping her husband of 59 years in starting and reorganizing churches over a 40 year period. Pauline was born just outside of a small farming town, Washington Iowa. All eight of the siblings were born in the same house. Survived by her son, Harry, of Tucson, and his adopted family Robert, Betsy, Bliss and Beau. The great grand babies being two of the greatest loves at the end of her life. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel United Presbyterian Church, 9252 E. 22nd St. Tucson, AZ 85710. Donations to the Mission Fund at the church would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
