It's rare to meet, let alone become close friends with, someone as instantly friendly and big-hearted as Nathan. The day we met he treated me like a long lost buddy and was immediately willing to include me in all of his plans, hopes, dreams and ventures. He went far out of his way to stay in touch and let everyone know what he'd learned, what he was involved in, and invited us all to participate if we wanted to. I am eternally proud to call Nathan my good friend, and will continue to honor his memory all the days of my life.
