Ms. Frances was a very special person. I always enjoyed working with her and sharing her memories of her family with her. She loved her family, her extended family, Tuscaloosa Eastern Star and Tuscaloosa Police Department.
May you rest in Heavenly Peace that you so deserve and May God give your family peace in their loss.
