Our thoughts and prayers are with Kathy and her beautiful children Laura, Andrew and Ian, as the grieve the death of her dear father Bob. So sorry that we could not be with you at the celebration of his life today. We did not know Bob personally other than one of two brief meeings at family gatherings...but we remember his broad smile and welcoming voice. Kathy, we know how much you loved your dad, for your stories often involved him. His humor, kind spirit, and generous heart survive in you and your children.

"I never had the pleasure of meeting Bob but got to know him through many Saturday afternoon conversations with Rich. His willingness to not hesitat in expressing his view when he saw people doing something that just was not right--without any concern for his safety is--unfortunately-- very rare these days. He has left a moral legacy with Rich--- and his family--which is one of the greatest gifts a mortal could pass on." Bill Williamson (Mpls MN)

Although "Bob" Crofford and I never had the opportunity to become real close to each other, because of our locations in life, we were about as close as Brother-in-laws could be expected to be in reality. Bob was a person who could be respected and trusted to recall special occasions, and always treat you as his closest friend. He always treated a person as someone "very special". Always being full of "joy and respect" for his fellow man. "Rest in peace, my friend".

Bob was my first cousin. He was a faithful cousin calling me at least every two months for the past sixty years keeping up with family news and having great conversations. I will miss him a great deal. He was truly a great man who loved his family, his country, and his faith. Imelda Cooper S.C.

My mom was one of the "ladies of Arbourgate" and she adored Bob, as I did too. I know he will be missed by many.
